Tomasz Mogilski - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Tomasz Mogilski has been associated with the Koelner Group from the beginning of his career. Since 1995 he has worked as Commercial Director of the company. Between 1999 - 2010 he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Koelner S.A. Tomasz is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Wroclaw and is licensed to practice as a Legal Adviser.
Zbigniew Pamuła - Member of the Supervisory Board
Zbigniew Pamuła is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the Technical University of Wroclaw. He has completed numerous courses in organisations and management, finance and business law.
He is an appraiser of the Polish Mechanical Engineers Society (SIMP). Throughout his professional career he worked with Polar S.A. in Wroclaw, where, since 1964, he held managerial positions.
In years 1972-1976, he supervised the expansion of the "Polar" plant. In 1974, he was appointed Deputy of Technology and Development Director at Polar S.A. He is currently retired.

Zbigniew Stabiszewski graduated from the Jagiellonian University with the title of MSc in Geography of Tourism (1976) and the Academy of Economics in Wroclaw with title of MBA Master of Economics (1995). He also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.

Janusz Pajka has a wealth of experience in managing and coordinating the activities of banks as well as in organising and managing banks' treasury departments.
