27/2017 - Intention to set up service company in India

The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. ("Issuer") announces that it intends to establish a commercial company in India. The company, Rawlplug Private Limited, based in Bangalore, ("Company") with founding capital of up to INR 100 000, will conduct service activity only, consisting of providing technical support for the distributor of RAWLPLUG products, with which Rawlplug Group currently cooperates. Distribution in India takes place with the intermediation of the Issuer's subsidiary Rawlplug Middle-East FZE, based in Dubai. The Company will be a direct subsidiary of Rawlplug S.A. The planned launch date for the Company is the first quarter of 2018.

He also took part in managing analysis concerning interest rate risk and liquidity risk. He was directly involved in organising the sale of a majority stake in EUROBANK S.A. Activities carried out by Janusz Pajka outside of the Issuer are not in competition with the Issuer's activities. Janusz Pajka does not show up in the Insolvent Debtors' Register maintained by the National Court Register.   Włodzimierz Frankowicz Education: higher - Higher School of Economics in Wrocław, National Economy Faculty, Data Processing Organisation (1971). Professional career: 1990 - 2016 - owner and manager, accounting business STORNO sp. z o.o. 1988 - 1990 - managing director, electronics equipment manufacturer ARMATRONIC. 1984 - 1988 - member of tax appeals committee at the Tax Chamber in Wrocław. 1982 - 1990 - work on the management boards of state-owned companies, cooperatives and private businesses, mainly as deputy for economic affairs (including the lead accountant function) or as president of the management board. 1971 - 1982 - IT expert, later head of IT centre Pollena. In the course of his professional career, Włodzimierz Frankowicz has served on the supervisory boards of the following companies: (as member) Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., POLAR S.A., ESKORTA Sp. z o.o., RADCOMP Sp. z o.o., ASTRA S.A. and (as chairperson) WROBIS S.A., SERWIS 2001 S.A. Moreover, Włodzimierz Frankowicz completed numerous workshops and post-graduate studies in finance, accounting and management. Włodzimierz Frankowicz has the following professional qualifications: - Qualification Certificate 2000/97 issued by the Minister of Finance for people providing bookkeeping services - 1997 - Tax adviser no. 3055, entered onto the list of tax advisers by the Minister of Finance - 1997 Activities carried out by Włodzimierz Frankowicz outside of the Issuer are not in competition with the Issuer's activities. Włodzimierz Frankowicz does not show up in the Insolvent Debtors' Register maintained by the National Court Register. Włodzimierz Frankowicz meets the independence criteria for supervisory board members specified in Annex I to Commission Recommendation 2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board and art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act on statutory auditors, audit firms and public oversight of 11 May 2017, as well as the additional requirements listed in Best Practices for WSE-Listed Companies 2016. 25/2017 - List of shareholders with more than 5% of votes at Rawlplug S.A.'s Extraordinary General Meeting of 14 December 2017

The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. hereby discloses that the following shareholders had at least 5% of votes at Rawlplug S.A.'s Extraordinary General Meeting that took place today, i.e. on 14 December 2017: - Amicus Poliniae sp. z o.o.: number of votes resulting from the shares held - 16 702 750, constituting 70.88% of votes at today's general meeting and 51.30% of the overall number of votes, - Radosław Koelner: number of votes resulting from the shares held - 2 744 750, constituting 11.65% of votes at today's general meeting and 8.43% of the overall number of votes, - Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: number of votes resulting from the shares held - 2 441 000, constituting 10.36% of votes at today's general meeting and 7.50% of the overall number of votes, - PKO BP Bankowy Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: number of votes resulting from the shares held - 1 677 562, constituting 7.12% of votes at today's general meeting and 5.15% of the overall number of votes.

in the area of fixings are chemical and mechanical anchors. Our most recent market releases are the R-HPTII mechanical throughbolt featuring the highest technical parameters, and the revolutionary R-HLX Self-tapping concrete screwbolt. Our offer of chemical anchors was also expanded with the resin based, R-KEM II universal anchor for fifteen different surfaces which has a European Approval, as well as the quick and easy to use CFS foil tube bonded anchor. The advantage of the foil tube is a significant reduction in waste.

The newly implemented ISO/TS 16949:2009 Technical Specification engages the Group to manufacture, improve and coat its products according to the standard. As a result of cooperation with our German business partners, Łańcut delivers products to renowned companies, such as Volkswagen, AUDI, BMW, Porsche, Opel, Ford and VOLVO.
