2/2017 - Registration of subsidiary Rawlplug Singapore PTE. LTD. based in Singapore

In reference to current report 23/2016 of 6 December 2016, the Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. announces that today, 9 January 2017, it received information on the registration on 6 January 2017 of subsidiary Rawlplug Singapore PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, (“Subsidiary”) by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). The Subsidiary’s share capital amounts to SGD 350 thousand (Singapore Dollar, i.e. PLN 1 017 thousand), 100% of which was taken up by Rawlplug S.A. The object of the Subsidiary is the sale of fixing tools and systems for the construction industry. The formation of subsidiary Rawlplug Singapore PTE.LTD., based in Singapore, is in line with RAWLPLUG Group’s strategic objectives consisting of reinforcing its foreign companies’ position and undertaking efforts aimed at entering new markets, focusing also on markets outside of Europe. The Group is currently expanding its market presence in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Asia and Africa.

1/2017 - Reporting calendar for 2017

The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. ("Company") announces the publication dates for the Company’s periodic reports during 2017. Extended consolidated quarterly reports (SA-QSr): Q1 2017 – 15 May 2017 Q3 2017 – 13 November 2017 Extended consolidated semi-annual report (SA-PSr) for H1 2017 – 31 August 2017 Annual reports: Separate annual report for 2016 (SA-R) – 21 March 2017 Consolidated annual report for 2016 (SA-RS) – 21 March 2017In accordance with §102, sec. 1 and §101, sec. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133) (the “Ordinance”), the Company will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2016 and a quarterly report for Q2 2017.The Company’s Management Board also announces that in accordance with §83, sec. 1 and sec. 3 of the Ordinance the extended quarterly reports and the extended semi-annual report will include the Company’s separate financial statements. The company will not publish separate quarterly reports and separate semi-annual report. Legal basis:§103 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).

Rawlplug’s flagship products

in the area of fixings are chemical and mechanical anchors. Our most recent market releases are the R-HPTII mechanical throughbolt featuring the highest technical parameters, and the revolutionary R-HLX Self-tapping concrete screwbolt. Our offer of chemical anchors was also expanded with the resin based, R-KEM II universal anchor for fifteen different surfaces which has a European Approval, as well as the quick and easy to use CFS foil tube bonded anchor. The advantage of the foil tube is a significant reduction in waste.

ETA-13/0585 TR23 resin bonded anchors for Ø8 - Ø32 mm diameter post-installed reinforcement bars (R-KEX-II)

ETA-13/0454 Option 7 resin bonded anchors with internally threaded sockets in diameter M6-M16 and Ø8 - Ø32 diameter reinforcement bars installed as anchors in non-cracked concrete (R-KEX-II)

ETA-13/0455 Option 1 resin bonded anchors with threaded bars of diameter M8 to M30 for fixings in non-cracked concrete and M8-M24 for fixing in cracked or non-cracked concrete (R-KEX-II)

The Łańcut factory

specializes in the production of fixings and special order products for the automotive industry. The newly implemented ISO/TS 16949:2009 Technical Specification engages the Group to manufacture, improve and coat its products according to the standard. As a result of cooperation with our German business partners, Łańcut delivers products to renowned companies, such as Volkswagen, AUDI, BMW, Porsche, Opel, Ford and VOLVO.
